What happens in your first session

Your coach spends the first session getting to know you: your goals, your training history, any injuries, and what's gotten in the way before. From there, they start building a plan around you. No cookie-cutter workouts.

Your first session in three steps: your goals, your history, then a plan built around you.

Before you come in, tell us anything your coach should know: an injury, a condition, or the goal you're most excited about. Just reply to your confirmation email.

What personal training costs in Miami

We publish our prices because you deserve to know before you commit. Here's what a session costs at our Miami studio.

Miami personal training pricing per session: 60-minute sessions $85 (4-month, 2x a week), $80 (4-month, 3–5x a week), $90 (2-month, 2x a week), $85 (2-month, 3–5x a week); 30-minute sessions $55, $50, $60 and $55.

We don't offer once-a-week training. One session a week isn't enough to build strength or change your body, and people who try it usually end up frustrated. Two sessions a week is the minimum we've seen work, which is why our programs run two or four months. Consistency wins.

Why we start at two sessions a week: once a week isn't offered, twice a week is our minimum, three to five times a week suits bigger goals.

Who this is not right for

Private 1-on-1 training is an investment. It's not the right fit if you want the cheapest option, only want to train once a week, or aren't ready to commit to a few months. If that's you, a big-box gym membership is a better place to start, and we'll tell you so honestly.
