Do you have a parking lot?

Yes.

Do I have to train at the same time and day each week?

No, at Sweat Equity Fitness we understand that you have a busy schedule and we like to accommodate each client on a weekly basis.

Can I train at the same day and times each week?

Yes. If this is your preference you sure can.

What are your hours of operation?

Monday-Friday: 6am-9pm

Saturday and Sunday: 8am-2pm

Do I need any equipment for boxing?

No you don’t, however if you would like to bring your own equipment that is also fine.

Do you offer advice on nutrition?

We are personal trainers, we do not specialize in nutrition, however we do work with dietitians who can assist you.

I travel for work how can I stay consistent with my training program?

Sweat Equity Fitness offers online training through FaceTime and Skype for clients who want to continue training on business trips and vacation.

I can’t make training because of child obligations.

Sweat Equity Fitness works with and has a lot of compassion for parents.  it is fine if you bring your children, we just ask that they sit while you train.  A lot of parents bring books and tablets to keep their children preoccupied while they train.

Can I come in early to warmup or stay after to perform extra cardio?  

Yes, we encourage are clients to come in 5-10 minutes before their session to warmup and stretch out.

Can I workout at Sweat Equity Fitness on days I do not have a training session?

Sweat Equity Fitness is a private training studio, not a commercial gym.  Our schedule only allows clients to come in on days they have training sessions.

Can you give me additional workouts to do on my own?

Yes, per request.  Just ask your trainer and he will email you a customized workout to do on your own.

Do you have classes?

Yes, ATL location only

Wednesday: HumpDay Bootcamp $10

Saturday Bootcamp $10

Sunday 6pm Serenity Sunday $10

Why do you have 1 & 3 Month Contracts?

To ensure that each client is as dedicated and committed as we are to helping you achieve all your health and fitness goals.

Do you have a Cancellation Policy?

Yes, we give each client 1 last minute courtesy cancellation each month, however after that a trainer must be contacted 2 hours before the start of the session or the full session will be charged.  

Do you offer Discounts?

Yes for couples training and college students.

Can the trainer travel to me?

We prefer all our clients to train at our Private Training Studio.  We very rarely but sometimes do travel to clients.
