Trainers

We only hire trainers who have obtained bachelors or masters degrees in exercise science or who have performed at the highest level of athletics. Included with your training, we offer a Client Liaison who will perform monthly fitness assessments, track your progress and reanalyze your goals.

 

GLENN BURROUGHS, FOUNDER/HEAD TRAINER

Glenn is originally from Chicago, Illinois. He first fell in love with fitness in high school training every off season for football and track and field. After high school he obtained a Bachelor’s degree in Health and Physical Education from Hampton University in 2010. While at Hampton he interned and was hired as a sports performance specialist. In 2012 he earned a Master’s degree in Exercise Physiology from Georgia State University. In 2013 he created Sweat Equity Fitness. Glenn has worked with a plethora of clients over the years with various, different goals, ages, and physical limitations. He has the ability to create a workout program tailored for your needs.

Chayanne Anderson, Master Trainer

Chayanne has over 5 years of experience as a Master Trainer, training clients in sport performance, strength training, weight loss, and rehab.  She is dedicated to her craft and customizes each clients training to the specific goals.
